A medium intensity workout for Beginner students based on basic techniques of Muay Thai. Concentrating on footwork, fitness, correct guard and stance, basic kicks, knees and punches. You will need to prove yourself in this class to be able move up to the Advanced classes. Running time: 1 hour. Equipment required: towel, boxing gloves and groin guard (compulsory for males). A high intensity circuit workout for all levels based on cardio, fitness, strength work and body sculpting. . Running time: 1 hour. Equipment required: towel and boxing gloves.
